dance insideAbout the Site! Yay! Well, I started designing in one of the two ways almost every site owner has: Neopets, or MySpace. I started on Neopets. I started joining “celeb” guilds and was like, “Dang these graphics are good!” so I went out and bought Adobe Photoshop Elements 3.0, and started designing graphics. I decided I wanted to open a site, so I started an icon site on one of my petpages on Neo, called Watercolor Icons. I wanted to expand my site, so I opened Candlelight Designs on FreeWebs. It was pretty good for a first-time site. Soon enough, Freewebs annoyed me, so I applyed for a subdomain. I got accepted by Niki and opened Tragic Fairytale. Niki was an AMAZING host for never owning a site outside of Neo, and teaching me everything about FTP, PHP, more advanced CSS, and other stuff, as well. About six months after I opened, I started getting burned out, so I went on hiatus. Niki didn’t have enough money at the time to re-register her domain, so her site closed. A few weeks before the New Year, I wanted a site again, so I applied to some sites, and soon enough, Tiffany accepted me, and here we are today! |
